EchoSearch is free to use. These are the few terms that come with it.

What EchoSearch is
EchoSearch is a tool that runs in your web browser. You add PDF files, and it reads and searches them on your own device, including matching names spelt in different ways. No document you add is sent to any server we run. The privacy policy sets out what is processed and where. By using EchoSearch you agree to these terms.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the documents you add and for making sure your use of them, including electoral rolls and any other list of people's personal details, follows the laws that apply to you. Do not use EchoSearch:
- on documents you have no lawful right to have or search;
- to harm, harass or violate the privacy of anyone named in a document;
- for anything unlawful.
Because your documents never reach us, we cannot see or moderate them; responsibility for them stays with you.
Results need checking
Matching by spelling rules and by sound is pattern matching. It can miss a name, and it can match a different person with a similar name. Always check a result against the original page before relying on it for anything important.
No warranty
EchoSearch is provided as it is and as available, without any warranty, express or implied, including of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from using, or being unable to use, EchoSearch, including lost documents or reliance on results.
Changes
We may change or stop EchoSearch, and may update these terms; the date at the top will change when they do. Using EchoSearch after a change means you accept it. Questions: contact@zaidshaikh.com.
